Households

The Fath CRC congregation is divided into eight smaller groups called “Households of Faith.” A primary goal of this ministry is to care for one another. Other important goals are to build relationships and to welcome new-comers and make them feel a part of the Faith family.

Each household is led by a team consisting of one elder, one deacon, and two additional members also known as “facilitators.” This team is responsible for coordinating care in response to needs that arise within their household. The household team also schedules events that bring their members together for both social outings and service.

Households take turns serving the larger congregation by assisting the Social Committee with church events. They may also serve as a group when other needs arise. Serving together is a great way to build community and show God's love.
