We have the important task of raising our children up in the faith of our Lord and Savior and developing them into faithful stewards for the Lord. This can best be accomplished when we work together as a partnership - "the home," "the church." and "the Christian schools."
At Sioux Center Christian, tuition paid by the students' parents covers approximately 51 percent of the schools' budget. The balance is raised through the churches. This is called "fair share." The second offering every Sunday morning is for our fair share.
Our representatives on the school board at Sioux Center Christian are Liz De Groot and Arlene Heynen.
We have 21 students from Faith CRC enrolled at Unity Christian High School in Orange City this year. Harry Wieringa is our representative on the Unity Board.
We have 21 students from Faith CRC enrolled at Western Christian High School in Hull this year. Kevin Gesink and Joeli Dokter are our representatives on the Western Board.
The following people are serving on the Faith Christian Education Fund Committee: Missy Driesen, Angela Kroeze, Emily Mouw, Lorilyn Van Dyke, Kristi Vander Veen, Jeff Koops, Brady Kroeze, Jeremy Van Den Berg, Andrew Van Der Vliet, and Chris Van Ginkel.
